Okay stay

Close to airport

Shared bathroom. Room was not like the picture. I think family of the owner was staying in the room and was making a lot of noise, until I asked them to be quiet at 1.30am

The location is very close to terminal 3. We only paid 105 pesos for our Grab. There are also a lot of stores near the area where you can buy your necessities.

Clean,great location

The place is clean and offers good value for money. We stayed here many times because it is cheaper since we just stay for a few hours before and after our flight. Very near NAIA terminal 3

This is our 2nd time here. Room 2C.When we arrived it was so hot. The aircon did not function well. It may need cleaning or maintenance. Good thing the staff let us borrow an electric fan. Needs more utensils( fork,spoon,teaspoon) and electric kettle. Room 2B is better.

Perfect for vacation. Room was huge for 2 pax. ????

The place, room, kitchen

Ac was not able cool the room. Slept and woke up sweating. Others perfect nmn po. Only the AC was the problem. I love most was the the sampayan and availability of hangers, very important. Staff esp.ate Mitch was very accommodating ????

Satisfactory and cheap

Comfortable simple room with good air con. Good value for money

Room didn't look as nice as the pictures. A bit in disrepair. Tap in bathroom didn't work, cupboards missing handles.

No hot water for shower, had to become adaptable to culture very quickly, lol that what is part of your holiday.

Location - near airport.

Lack of communication between staffs. The property messaged the confirmation on my request and the personnels are not informed of this. There's no staff during our checkout and I had to call them to arrange this

Big room and very good value for money

Lots of stairs and very noisy and not much privacy from window. The lady promised to organise a lift to the airport but was actually half an hour late and we had to get our own lift risking to miss the flight.

Good for staying a night before an early flight.

Decent stay close to the airport (but you should still take a taxi). Good for 1 night, but not more. Carefully read the location description they send you, it's useful and accurate.

Room was small, the light switch hidden, bathroom floor wet - but considering the low price it's okay.

Room was all fine for a stay over before our flight, no complaints!

It was more difficult than we thought to walk from the airport to the hotel as you have to go back through the airport and over the highway, then walk under the overpass. I suggest a taxi!

Good for a one night stop over. 12 minutes from T3.

Good location if arriving to terminal 3. 12 minute walk from the airport. Good for a one night stop over. Clean room. 2 minute walk from a 7/11 and a McDonald’s. Able to check in late at night after our flight was delayed

Didn’t have access to wifi as we didn’t know the password. The room was good but the area seemed a little dodgy and when we arrived at 2am all we could smell in the corridors was smoke from dru*gs. In the morning we were woken up by a lot of children and talking out in the corridors.

Close to MNL NAIA Airport T3 perfect for rest in between international and onward national/domestic flight. Drop off to T3 was like we turned out of the Barangay directly ontu the terminal ramp!

Stairs only. Shared bathroom was OK since we booked both rooms on one floor with apartment kind of layout.
